Chyenne Mallinson (she/her) is a Change Consultant and Project Manager at Change Matrix where she specializes in program design and management, technical assistance, communications, and evaluation in systems change, mental health, and social justice work. With a commitment to sustainable community impact, Chyenne contributes to the Expanding the Bench® (ETB) Initiative as the project manager for the Leaders in Equitable Evaluation and Diversity (LEEAD) Program and ETB: Regional and supports the Early Childhood Systems Technical Assistance Center.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus in Gender Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Master of Business Administration at Florida International University. Chyenne blends her background in literature and sociology with her training in business leadership and marketing to uplift marginalized voices through storytelling, evaluation, and training. In her professional and personal life, she is dedicated to advocating for and supporting intersectional LGBTQ+ communities and racially/ethnically diverse populations. 

When she is not working, Chyenne is an artist living in Brooklyn, NY, writing poetry and creative nonfiction, dancing, crafting culinary delights, playing music, or painting.

Tanesha has over a decade of experience in strategic operations and executive support across the nonprofit, education, and social impact sectors.

Grounded in a deep commitment to justice, equity, and community resilience, Tanesha brings a systems-minded approach to her work—supporting executive leadership, optimizing virtual operations, and leading special projects that foster inclusive, mission-aligned growth.

She has led cross-functional teams, coordinated large-scale events, and managed complex executive logistics to support small businesses and mission-driven entrepreneurs in streamlining operations and developing equity-centered internal policies. With degrees in English, Organizational Communication, and Project Management she bridges strategic planning, internal communications, and tech-driven operations to ensure effective alignment across Change Matrix.

Based in Georgia, Tanesha enjoys reading all things fiction, creative writing, and spending time with her family.
