Through her work, she has developed tailored data systems, designed and facilitated grantee learning sessions, and supported community-based organizations to use evaluation to drive advocacy and systemic change. She is passionate about language justice, culturally relevant practices, and brings a deep commitment to elevating community-led solutions to address systemic inequities. Fluent in working remotely across regions and cultures, Alina is known for her ability to foster trust, center community voice, and strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights that support long-term systems change.

Alina received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health, a pre-veterinary medicine focus, and a specialty in handmade objects from the University of Miami. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring with her dog, hiking, kayaking, biking, and snowboarding across Colorado, baking, photography, throwing (ceramics), drawing, and getting dirt under her nails in the garden.

Tanesha has over a decade of experience in strategic operations and executive support across the nonprofit, education, and social impact sectors.

Grounded in a deep commitment to justice, equity, and community resilience, Tanesha brings a systems-minded approach to her work—supporting executive leadership, optimizing virtual operations, and leading special projects that foster inclusive, mission-aligned growth.

She has led cross-functional teams, coordinated large-scale events, and managed complex executive logistics to support small businesses and mission-driven entrepreneurs in streamlining operations and developing equity-centered internal policies. With degrees in English, Organizational Communication, and Project Management she bridges strategic planning, internal communications, and tech-driven operations to ensure effective alignment across Change Matrix.

Based in Georgia, Tanesha enjoys reading all things fiction, creative writing, and spending time with her family.
