Free 30-Minute Leadership Discovery Call

A focused assessment and coaching consultation to understand your goals. No commitment required.

Leadership Assessment and Planning Session

A 75-minute session to review your leadership assessment results, clarify your vision and goals, and build a coaching action plan together.
This is where your coaching is shaped around you.

Ongoing Coaching

Nine 50-minute sessions over five months, held twice a month. Each session focuses on what you are navigating in real time.

Post-session email summaries with personalized action steps

Tools and resources matched to your goals

Support between sessions as needed

Option to continue beyond your first ten sessions

Group coaching is available for two to five participants. Cohort structure and pricing are discussed during your assessment call.
