Claire Wheeler (she/her) is the Associate Director of Finance & Operations at Change Matrix. Before joining Change Matrix, Claire directed a program that provides small business and self-employment education to people traditionally locked out of business ownership, and ran her own business offering strategic design, facilitation, and consulting services for nonprofits and community-based businesses.
Claire is both a people person and a process nerd with an insatiable curiosity about how to design systems that overcome oppression and create the world we want to see. She lives in central Vermont where she spends her time enjoying the outdoors, organizing for social justice, and building beloved community.
