Mylonne Sullivan, MSW, LICDC, LISW, PhD ODLCandidate, is a Change Consultant and Project Director at Change Matrix, LLC, with over a decade of experience in behavioral health direct practice, process evaluation, leadership development, and trauma-informed organizational development consulting.
She currently leads and supports national and state-level behavioral health initiatives focused on equity, behavioral health, community-centered clinical practice, and underserved communities by providing leadership coaching, evaluation, facilitation, technical assistance and training, product development, and trauma-informed organizational development. She is passionate about advancing equity and wellness in organizations, particularly those serving behavioral health and justice-involved populations.
Mylonne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Baldwin Wallace University, a Master of Social Work from The University of Akron and is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
Based in Cleveland, OH, Mylonne is also the proud dog mom of a Terrier/Chihuahua mix named Karmello and Bully/PitBull mix called Demetrius and enjoys writing, community advocacy, and enjoying Black cultural experiences with loved ones in her free time.
