She has led cross-functional teams, coordinated large-scale events, and managed complex executive logistics to support small businesses and mission-driven entrepreneurs in streamlining operations and developing equity-centered internal policies. With degrees in English, Organizational Communication, and Project Management she bridges strategic planning, internal communications, and tech-driven operations to ensure effective alignment across Change Matrix.

Before joining Change Matrix, Claire directed a program that provides small business and self-employment education to people traditionally locked out of business ownership, and ran her own business offering strategic design, facilitation, and consulting services for nonprofits and community-based businesses.
Claire is both a people person and a process nerd with an insatiable curiosity about how to design systems that overcome oppression and create the world we want to see.
