Elizabith Waetzing, JD, founded Change Matrix with two partners in 2007 and now serves as the CEO of Change Matrix (CM) a woman–owned small business that motivates, manages and measures change to support systems that improve lives. Beginning her career as a lawyer for children and families in child welfare and juvenile justice, trained as a mediator, serving as a facilitator and coach, Ms. Waetzig has partnered with community, state, federal and philanthropic organizations to engage participants to envision a desired future, identify a path to get there, and implement actions needed to make progress while learning along the way.
She brings substantive and process experience in children’s mental health, a public health approach to mental health, early childhood systems, child welfare, cultural and linguistic competence, conflict engagement, change management, youth engagement and systems building.
