Sandra Silva, MM, is an Evaluator and Project Director at Change Matrix, where she has worked with agencies and organizations to help them define their purpose, clarify their theory of change, plan for action, implement, and document learnings to support improvement. She enjoys asking the ‘hard questions’ with a mission of using data to advance social justice. Sandra directs the Colorado Equity Compass, a data storytelling platform helping communities explore data on the social determinants of health and using stories to advocate for change.
Sandra holds a master’s degree from the Brandeis University Heller School for Social Policy and Management and a bachelor’s degree from Brown University. She is based in Denver and loves to spend time taking photos and hiking in Colorado.
