Neda Moussapour

Project Coordinator

Neda Moussapour, BA, is a Project Coordinator at Change Matrix interested in better understanding and addressing the ways in which racial and ethnic health disparities limit access to quality care for affected communities. She supports the Expanding the Bench (ETB) Initiative as Field Building and ETB Regional Project Coordinator, and the Colorado Equity Compass (CEC) as a project associate. One of her passions resides in increasing resources and making the healthcare system more accessible and easier to navigate for immigrants and multilingual individuals.  

Neda graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, concentrated in Molecular and Cellular Biology, and a minor in sociology. She has a background in scientific research, with experience in laboratory research related to ecology and neurogenerative diseases. She has also taught English language learners and worked within communities to educate expectant non-native English-speaking parents on infant safety and early childhood literacy.

Neda is currently based in Westchester, NY. Outside of work, she enjoys watching rugby and football, listening to music, staying active, traveling, and cooking.
