London M. Losey, MS (she/her) is a dedicated and compassionate Change Consultant/Project Director who takes an equity-focused and culturally responsive approach to systems change. Her work is informed by over twenty years of experience providing people-centered capacity building and program-specific supports, including project planning and direction, technical assistance (TA), coaching, staff supervision, and grant/program management. She understands evidence-based practices and the importance of engaging family and community leaders in the work. Her knowledge and skills include adaptive leadership, implementation science, facilitation, strategic planning, emergent learning, and continuous quality improvement.
Currently, London serves as the Operations Director for the Transforming Academia for Equity initiative’s Coordinating Center. She also provides TA and coaching to grantees of the California Reducing Disparities Project and contributes to TA provision and learning community facilitation as part of the Center for Mental Health Implementation Support.
Previously, London co-led the programmatic deliverables of the Home Visiting Technical Assistance Resource Center, which included TA to grantees of the federal Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program. She also provided 1:1 TA to Project LAUNCH grantees; supported leadership of the Early Childhood Systems Training and Technical Assistance TA Center; served as a Change Partner (coach) to staff of the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Maternal Child Health Bureau; and project directed Expanding the Bench’s (ETB) Advancing Culturally-responsive and Equitable Evaluation Network. As of fall 2025, London is returning to work on the ETB team to support emerging work in geographic regions across the country.
In her free time, London enjoys spending time outdoors and dancing to her own rhythm in her living room. She lives in Oregon with her loving spouse, two beautiful children, and their gentle (often lazy) dog.
