Gwen Hopkins has spent the past 18+ years designing strategic, efficient, values-aligned operations to make social sector work effective, equitable, and joyful. Before joining Change Matrix, she spent nine years leading HR, finance, and compliance work at similarly sized organizations (25-35 staff, $4-5m budgets) working to increase mission-driven partners’ impact through access to talent, data, and information.
Gwen is passionate about helping social sector organizations embody the world they’re working to build, embedding our values in every aspect of what we do. She lives in the Finger Lakes near her hometown of Rochester, NY, with her partner and their rescue dog, Bean.
