What is it?
Change Matrix was retained by the Division of Children Youth and Families to provide leadership content, facilitation, and coaching to a group of central office leaders and area directors. The purpose of this engagement was to support a shared leadership group to participate collectively in designing and responding to change in agency structure and practice. CM provided onsite facilitated learning, small group application and individual coaching. In partnership and to be responsive, CM evolved our engagement based upon the emergent needs of this group.
What Change Matrix does
- Co-created the approach and learning agenda to share leadership content while supporting the group to connect as a shared leadership team.
- Facilitated small groups to apply learning.
- Coached individuals to reflect and grow as leaders from their position in the division
- Gathered data about individual experiences and supported challenging and brave conversations to enhance their capacity to engage in collective work on behalf of children, youth, and families
