Ghia Kelly

Project Director

Dr. Ghia Kelly, DTL, MSW, is a dynamic leader, facilitator, trainer, and national technical assistance provider. She brings extensive experience in systems building, maternal and child health, domestic and sexual violence, and racial justice and equity. As a strategic change agent and systems thinker, Ghia is recognized for successfully implementing and overseeing national, state-level, and place-based initiatives. These initiatives focus on strengthening cross-sector collaboration, advancing equity and justice, amplifying the voices of communities and persons with lived experience, and enhancing outcomes for children and families.

Currently serving as a Project Director and Change Consultant at Change Matrix, Ghia contributes thought leadership, subject matter expertise, consultation, and technical assistance to various federally funded projects such as the National Training and Technical Assistance for the Mental Health of Children and Youth (NTTAC), the Early Childhood Systems Technical Assistance Center (ECS-TACC), Transforming Academia for Equity (TAE), and the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Technical Assistance and Resource Center (MIECHV TARC). 

Ghia’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Public Management, a Master of Clinical Social Work, and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership.

Ghia lives in North Florida and enjoys good movies, retail therapy, and spending time with her family and close friends. She also loves to collect graphic tees, take long walks, and listen to good podcasts!
