DESCRIPTION

Are you a leader in community wellness or peer support services for youth, young adults, or families?

Interested in sharing and learning new strategies for fostering equity within your community, organization and services?

Join the National Training and Technical Assistance Center for Child, Youth, & Family Mental Health (NTTAC) for six (6) interactive, innovative, and authentic conversation sessions!

Led by Change Specialist Dr. Tonicia Freeman-Foster, these sessions invite people to engage in dynamic and thoughtful discussion around questions such as: How and why were inequities created? How are inequities sustained and exacerbated? What is systemic and institutional racism? What part do (and can) we play as leaders? How do we use self-reflection and active listening as tools to increase our awareness of how we may be personally contributing to inequities and injustices? How can we lead, facilitate, and take part in creating positive changes? How do we generate institutional equity, and make equity the norm? How do we engage others in creating equity? And much more!

Register for one, two, three, or all sessions. Each session will have a different topic and facilitator. Your voice and perspectives are a valuable gift, and we look forward to your participation!
