In July, Change Matrix’s NTTAC Team had the opportunity to help plan and attend the System of Care Summit focused on collaborative, coordinated care to support the mental health of children, youth, and families. At the Summit, attendees had the opportunity to hear from Judge Everett Mitchell on Disrupting the Child Welfare to Juvenile Justice to Adult Prison Pipeline.
