Change Matrix (CM) had the privilege of participating in the 2024 Maternal and Infant Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) All-Grantee Meeting on January 29-January 31, 2024. The theme of the 2024 All-Grantee Meeting was collaborating on a new era for MIECHV. This meeting provided a space for the MIECHV community to share information and best practices to support service expansion, strengthen home visiting workforce development, and advance high quality implementation of evidence-based home visiting and early childhood systems activities. Change Consultants London Losey, Dr. Ghia Kelly, and Cindy Rivera traveled to Virginia for the opportunity to celebrate the amazing work of MIECHV grantees. As part of the MIECHV TA Resource Center, this team led sessions on the topics of active implementation and adaptive leadership, and also helped facilitate regional learning and networking sessions with MIECHV awardees.
