Cachet Evans is a Project Coordinator and Change Consultant at Change Matrix, where she supports initiatives focused on advancing behavioral health, racial justice, and inclusive systems change. She contributes to projects such as Achieving Behavioral Health Excellence, including the NNEDLearn training, providing logistical coordination, stakeholder support, and strategic planning. As part of the Expanding the Bench® team, Cachet supports communications efforts that amplify diverse evaluators and advance Culturally Responsive and Equitable Evaluation.
Cachet earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Temple University, where she co-developed a peer mentorship program to support underserved and marginalized students. Her work is shaped by a deep commitment to justice, influenced by formative years living abroad and engaging with multicultural communities.
Cachet currently lives in Philadelphia, PA where she enjoys international travel, discovering new music at live shows, watching new films, spending time with her dogs, and exploring new restaurants.
