Mylonne Sullivan, MSW, LICDC, LISW (she/her/hers) is a Change Consultant, boasting over a decade as a clinician in behavioral health and community leader. She earned her bachelor’s in criminal justice from Baldwin Wallace University, Master of Social Work from The University of Akron, and pursues a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development at the University of Arizona Global Campus. Holding multiple counseling licenses, her career has centered on nonprofit work, particularly aiding individuals involved and organizations within the legal system. Currently, she focuses on enhancing equitable reentry behavioral health programming. Specializing in technical assistance and training, evaluation, and leadership development; she thrives in various settings. Ms. Sullivan actively contributes to community advocacy and possesses prior experience in serving on several nonprofit associations and boards, as well as providing internship supervision to master-level social work students at local universities. Outside work, she cherishes time with her dog Karmello and sells coffee mugs promoting healing and wellness within the Black community.
