Dr. Ghia Kelly

Ghia (she/her) is a Change Consultant and provides technical assistance to several federally funded projects focused on early childhood, mental health, and equity. Before coming to Change Matrix, Ghia worked as the Florida Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (ECCS) Impact Project Manager where she was responsible for the coordination and successful implementation of the ECCS Impact Grant, a five-year national collaborative focused on improving child development and family well-being through early childhood systems building, collective impact, and family engagement. Ghia also has experience in the areas of domestic and sexual violence, mental health, and substance abuse. She holds a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership, a Masters in Clinical Social Work, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Management. Ghia is passionate about advancing equity, empowering communities, and promoting social and systems change. She resides in Florida with her husband and three children.
