Implementing Workforce Wellness: A Learning Community for Leaders, Session 2

Leading Workforce Wellness Implementation, Session 2
Behavioral health organizations recognize the importance of workforce wellness, yet implementing and sustaining evidence-based wellness practices across an organization requires more than selecting an intervention. Successful implementation depends on organizational readiness, leadership engagement, stakeholder involvement, thoughtful planning, continuous learning, and ongoing evaluation.
This no-cost, virtual, 3-session Learning Community is designed for behavioral health leaders who are preparing to implement or strengthen workforce wellness initiatives within their organizations. Rather than focusing on specific wellness interventions, participants will develop practical implementation skills that support successful organizational change.
Through peer learning, facilitated discussion, practical tools, and real-world application, participants will leave with an actionable implementation approach that can support successful adoption, integration, and sustainment of workforce wellness practices within their organizations.
Optional open office time following each session will provide additional coaching, consultation, and peer problem-solving as participants apply what they are learning.
Intended Audience:
This Learning Community is intended to be a peer space for those in leadership positions at organizations focused on practical implementation skills needed to successfully introduce, support, and sustain workforce wellness initiatives within their organizations.
This event is being offered to HHS Regions 6 and 8 (including Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming).
Learning Objectives:
- Assess organizational readiness for implementing workforce wellness initiatives.
- Identify leadership strategies that strengthen implementation success and organizational buy-in.
