Tina Davis (she/her/hers) is a researcher passionate about advancing equity and making a difference in the community. She graduated from James Madison University with a Masters of Public Administration and Bachelors in Intelligence Analysis. She has worked in the research field across the public, private, and non-profit sector from policy analysis to market research to program evaluation. With a background of multicultural event planning and public speaking in college, she always felt connected to celebrating diversity and advocating for inclusive communities. She enjoys yoga, reading, hiking, and traveling to new places. When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her family and friends and traveling with her husband, Michael and their pup, Benz.
