Frameworks and approaches to promote health and wellbeing

There are several frameworks and approaches that a leader might use to bring about change in an organization or system that leads to health and wellbeing of a population. CM has developed expertise in the individual frameworks as well as how they compliment each other and can be integrated and tailored. Specific frameworks and approaches in which CM has expertise include Systems of Care, A Public Health Approach to Mental Health, A Trauma Informed Approach, Restorative Practices, An Adaptive Approach to Leadership and Change.
